After two weeks in Fairbanks, here are eventually some pictures. Be nice (especially geek people), it is my first try!
First, you're going to see a selection of outdoor pictures of Fairbanks. The last two ones are not houses I have been accommodated but houses that collapse because of permafrost melting (I promise you an article on that in a few days).
Then some pictures of the "cabin trip", last week-end. See the connected article if you want more details: "Alaskan lifestyle", posted a week ago.
Here are some photos of the start of the Yukon Quest race. It is impressive to realise that they left for a 1,600 km race (1,000 miles) that will last 10 to 15 days, with very few compulsary stops.
To finish, you can see pictures of the amazing ride in the Interior, to reach Anchorage by train from Fairbanks yesterday. They don't need additional comments!
Thanks a lot for sharing all these wonderful pictures. Your first try is a good one. Please take care et continue à nous partager des morceaux de rêves.
